Not every state allows commercial bail
A small number of U.S. states do not permit commercial bail bonding at all. If the arrest happened in one of those states, we will tell you that straight away and point you toward the process that actually applies there instead of taking your money.
What to have ready
Full legal name, date of birth, the state and county of arrest, the facility name if you know it, and the bond amount. With that, we can usually confirm what is possible on the first call.

Can you bail someone out in another state?
In most states, yes, through a transfer bond coordinated with a licensed local agent. A few states do not allow commercial bail at all, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Does it cost more than a Florida bond?
Premiums are set by the law of the state where the bond is posted, so the rate can differ from Florida's. We confirm the total before you pay anything.
